Expired phone number
 

Hi guys, hope you are doing well these days.

I have an account which phone number has expired and now I cant log in, even from the original pc, browser. Maybe the problem is that I havent log it for about 7-8 months. Now the system requires a selfie after I change the phone number. Is there any other way I can log into the account ?

Contact eBay through either of these emails:

Tell them you've lost access to your phone number and when you go and try to change it from the page it always crashes and wont let you.

Ask them to change it on your behalf. Also, call them over the phone if they don't want to do it via email.

This is the way to get around this issue.
