eBay Shipping Setup
 

Hi all,

It's been awhile since I did volume on Ebay - slowly getting back into action right now.

I used to have Endicia Account (iMac app) + Zebra ZP450; is this still the prime set up? (shipping smaller items, USPS, 4x6, up to 12 oz.)

~100-150 shipments per day

Software choice is a bit dated but other than that, that's about as efficient as you can hope to get. I'm still on stamps.com which if I'm not mistaken, is some kind of Endicia contractor/subsidiary. Shipstation is popular among US sellers here (which are few and far between nowdays).. Pirateship is a free option which just as easily integrates with eBay, without charging a monthly fee (the last I checked). All of them have multiple carriers now so one account can get you discounted rates with UPS and USPS.

I've been using the same LP-2844-Z (recommended by this forum at the time, I think by yankee) since I joined here a decade ago. Most reliable printer I've ever owned.

I wish you luck. It's about 100x harder now to make a living with ecommerce, compared to a decade ago.

That zebra printer is a beast. Doesn't need much maintenance, no ink, prints well.... it's a real beast.

There used to be a Brother QL model or so as well - I'm sure they are still in production

I'm of the old fashion school of thought, believing forums are made for back and forth exchanges. I don't like what it's all become. Gatekeepers everywhere, controlling the flow of information/conversation. Everyone ends up being shamed or banned out of sharing their thoughts. Agent is a total nuisance and shouldn't be posting in 90% of the threads they "chime in" on. They're a literal agent trying to disrupt the flow of information on this forum - we've all been watching it happen for years now. :pop2:
