exactly ... I noticed that customer service in literally EVERY industry has declined so much , they might as well get rid of all the lazy *******s and replace them with AI !

I agree with you. Americans are just as bad. It seems like there is no accountability anymore ! I would rather have AI then wasting my time. Some of these people , especially Americans are giving me attitude. and this isn't even on ebay , you call bank or anywhere else. People have lost all of their decency and professionalism.

Indians work hard,good jobs are hard to find.
You may not accept a job paying you $500-$1K,but to them,it is a dream job.
