got mc011 on my ebay account
 

Hi, I received an MC011 restriction about a month ago. The message said to send the requested information, which I already did. I’ve been selling digital items on this account for over 4 years without issues, and even after the MC011, my listings are still live and continuing to get sales.

Could you please clarify what happens next? Specifically, will I receive the funds from these sales after the 60–90 day holding period?

If it were me, I would disable sales until I know for sure whether or not I'll be able to receive payouts.

yes that what I actually did i put the store on vacation mode and ended all listings, and i heard that accounts with digital are done and no need to appeal because there's no chance of getting the account back , but my question in my situation will get my funds after 60 to 90 days.

Could you drop a screenshot of the MC011 message?
Since they did not take your listings together with the MC, I firmly believe we can get it re-instated.

Should be able to get funds if no claims against you are active.

You can withdraw your money after 60-90 days, there have no issue.
if you have a good eBay caller then you can get back your account also.

Yes there're no claims on my account and I didn't get any case since starting selling on it. with 99 positive feedback

Doesn't make any sense for them to ask for invoices if they can see you're selling digital goods.
Why don't you try giving them a call and explaining your situation?

I didn’t call them because as far as I know eBay doesn’t allow digital goods. That’s why I chose to just leave things as they are and wait to see if they release my money after the 60 days.
