I recently opened a new eBay account in my company's name. I contacted customer service and they told me that it is no longer possible to have automatic unblocking of funds for new accounts where a certain number of transactions have been made in 21 days, but the unblocking always occurs even after having made many transactions after having delivered the product sold. Is that so? I opened the account in Italy. Thanks

They will start releasing your funds faster and faster as time goes on and you prove yourself trustworthy.

Yeah, the rep isn't lying to you. :lol: You just need to built up a bit of a reputation. They do the same thing with established accounts which haven't sold anything in a while.

Most buyers use their credit cards to make payment and the chargeback can come within 180 days.
With some foreign cards,it can be 12 months !!!!!!

In the UK, our trust program to get paid out faster has a criteria of 10 successfully delivered sales + £150 in total sales. Then you get paid out within 4 days after delivery. Until you establish yourself as somewhat trustworthy, unfortunately, you must wait I think around 2 weeks for your payout. The process of building a stealth acc is quite tedious and slow at the start, definitely worth it in the long run though.
