MC011 What Counts as Valid Proof
 

Ebay hit me with MC011 asking for proof of documentation after selling apple product, I am scared that my real Amazon receipt will not be valid and still get me banned, what kind of receipt should one get "creative" with to pass MC011? Does anyone have history with Amazon, Best Buy receipt for proof of documentation and passing.

You're screwed. If it were me I would use Apple receipts without expecting success.

Many people are rejected not because their "receipts aren't good enough," but because their "documents look like they’ve been tampered with."
Your safest strategy right now is not to figure out "how to alter them," but rather "how to organize your genuine materials so they look more like legitimate business documentation."

I've sold over £50,000 worth of Apple Products across my accounts.

What works for me is Apple invoices through a business purchase.

You can acquire an invoice template by buying cheap products via Apple business, then modifying the invoice.

Ensure the name/address etc., matches the details on your account. This is the most important detail. No discrepancies.

I would then suggest printing the invoice out and taking pictures of it, instead of submitting the PDF, any inconsistencies will result in a permanent suspension.

This method works for me.

Well it depends on your budget, just buy the cheapest electronic/tech products (not accessories) for example homepod minis etc., because I'm lazy I'd spend £500 on just an invoice so I can easily edit it, then return the items back to Apple when they deliver or cancel just before they dispatch (sometimes they issue the final receipt before delivery sometimes not) but you can use AI to multiply items in the invoice but that can also increase risk of inconsistency, so I simply choose to buy a few tech items and return them back to Apple..
