| solefoodbk | 06-15-2026 06:53 AM | Claude Anyone? I see no one mention this, really ever. Maybe I just don't read as much posts, idk. While I am not going to get into specifics, I have utilized AI substantially.
What I will say because Poshmark is a trash marketplace, and nobody I would compete with will ever read this and it doesn't matter. They just redid their sharing so it's no longer a prominent feature. And now if I reshare my listings it always ruins the organization. With help of Claude I generated my own prompt with Chrome in Chrome and Terminal.
It's more powerful than the garbage Poshmark has now. Imagine that. I can disorganize my listings, update them, and then run this and it automatically reshares all them in the correct order without me needing to nothing. Saves 30 minutes daily if I sell a lot because of cross marketplaces I have to update them so I don't sell something I don't have.
While I know at some point the use of agents or AI will become easily spotted by these marketplaces its still early stages, Golden Era for stealth members.
It's a shame less activity here because regardless of the old easy dummy proof ways anyone could sell on eBay, there are still vast opportunities not direct that always shift that open major gaps for brief periods. |

You like etsy more? |

You like etsy more? | My personal opinion Poshmark is racing towards Mercari tier level. Poshmark, at least my customers specifically tend to be more women, or older parents buying for kids. In terms of younger consumer that’s Depop, they defiantly have the market for this, but it’s not for everybody.
Honestly with all eBay has done lately they’re still great in my view. That or build your own website. I’ve sold on Etsy in the past but stopped, which was poster/art prints. Got too many random DCMA claims from bots.
I like Etsy, it’s probably best next to eBay I just don’t sell there anymore.
Poshmark support typically takes 7+ days to respond. Even with me being Posh Ambassador Level 2. Pure trash. I only sell because I get like 5k monthly from it, and Dec it’s north 15k. |

I know a lot of girls selling their old clothes and shoes on Posh. |

Are you saying you used claude in chrome to disorganize your poshmark listings with AI prompts to help you share them? Because claude is better than the poshmark AI? And it somehow ties into ebay, or something?
Anyway I've been using AI to avoid having my abrasive personality show in responses to customer messages. And also to edit listing photos. |
| hello1212 | 06-16-2026 03:04 AM | Re: Claude Anyone? eBay is by far more superior than Poshmark/Vinted etc., more buyers more exposure.
The negatives that come with eBay come with the rest, they all favour their buyers over sellers, is what it is.
eBay will remain dominant that being said..
I've been using Grok to make my listings (input listing pics and ask AI to create an eBay listing description for me does the work) then edit it a bit to put some personality into the listings, manually reply to customers myself without AI to make it seem more organic |

Anyway I've been using AI to avoid having my abrasive personality show in responses to customer messages. | 100% this. Claude replies to all my customer messages far more politely than I would ever bother doing. Plus, it can research the customer's issue, read manuals and find other people who've reported the same problem and suggest troubleshooting steps, which prevents some returns entirely.
It's saved me hours and has actually increased my positive feedback, even when there are delivery issues (courier just dumped it on the doorstep, etc). Claude's concerned replies and promises to complain to the courier (as if they care) make buyers feel they've been listened to and acknowledged, so they're far less likely to leave bad feedback.
It's also helped me write a lot of automation to save time processing orders, updating prices and qty over multiple ebay accounts.
Next I plan to use Claude to automate advertising, analysing reports, checking for low performing campaigns and pausing campaigns when i'm low on stock etc. |
| solefoodbk | 07-05-2026 04:27 AM | Re: Claude Anyone? I have been chatting with Claude all night, and the Fable 5 expires end of day Tuesday. I'm building my own Crazylister app, that is far superior to Crazylister. I also have built my own Listing app, that pulls data from eBay and automates the entire process to rebuild CSV files for marketplaces like Whatnot. So I can maintain the exact structure in descriptions and it all works beautifully.
This is all in house, I don't have to share my data, no pricing fees.
I am addictive to this stuff now. Almost anything I think of can be done, and I'm taking weeks/months off my year and getting that back in bulk.
Anyone who relates knows, on Crazylister I create a template then have specifics to this listing I have to update myself. So I have a broad template, then manually update 600+ listings if anything ever changes or I want to upgrade the description. |
Re: Claude Anyone? What are you referring to "Fable 5"? |

I never considered have anything respond to customer messages on my behalf. I do know that if you cut the window from a customers first message it drastically improves the probability in converting them into a sale.
Fable 5 just got extended to all max plans. Using this is like stealth on steroids. Only really limited by the input you give it. This to me feels like using the internet around 2010. As time passes I am sure restrictions on use will increase. That's why now I'm trying to take advantage of everything and build in house apps for everything I do so I need to rely less on 3rd party. |
| phaz0rz | 07-19-2026 09:46 AM | Re: Claude Anyone? Do you think you'll be able to convert AI use into something profitable?
I've been running local models to create python scripts. I've had it make one that backs up all of my gmail emails to text files stored locally. I've had it make one to watermark my listing photos. And I've had it generate several python scripts to remove parts of Windows 11 (bloatware, basically) that I don't want on my computer. Sure it's convenient but these are all things I could have done on my own. |
