I always print it out and take pictures, easier to bypass an AI scan.

This is true. Physical print outs = less chance of any discrepancy failures in my experience.

AI + manual review if something is wrong or only manual review. Send a PDF and do not forget to remove exif or print and re scan it.

Usually the request for bank statement from eb/mp comes after the bank account has been successfully added to the account last I checked...so the account is known to exist

Unless it's a picture of the PDF rather than the actual PDF, is it worth stripping metadata?
