Uk ebay account need a text to log in
 

UK EBAY ACCOUNT NEED A TEXT TO LOG IN.
I used this UK account for a year,
now i can't login it , because i use a new phone.
it asked me to text ***80 my old phone number, and the phone number suspended , no service.

who can help me ? i will pay you ! HELP HELP !

Try to verify your account and add a new number. Upload your documents and take a selfie. If it's a stealth account, it can be quite challenging. Good luck!

If it's stealth, it's a different situation.

What you need to do is request them call you on your NEW phone number that you will be linking with your eBay account.

Ask them to let you speak to a manager, and tell them that their Selfie verification page does not work.
Insist and demand on them changing the phone number over the phone, and they eventually do it.

It does take a few attempts sometimes though keep that in mind. Originally they will deny your request, but make sure they transfer you to a higher department.

the account is toast with high probability as they are supposed to change the phone but most of the time they refuse to do it and do not allow verification too

They allow to change the number through verification.

they do but verification page does not work and customer support does not allow to change it too , I don't know of it is on all accounts but it is a recurring issue for sure

Should I call support if it will solve the problem? Or is it just verification?

Verification page works, but they ask for selfie with the document, it's doable but requires intricate steps, dsdominators has suggested the best non technical workaround, have to keep calling in and not give up.
