Shipping hazmat with USPS in 2026
I know there are many others on this forum selling electronics. For the longest time I never really saw USPS make mention of HAZMAT shipping procedures, I could be wrong but it's not something I ever noticed. Now, I am seeing Hazmat requirements pop up everywhere and every time Im on USPS. From what I understand earlier this summer they initiated a new HAZMAT policy enacting severe penalties for sellers who ship without proper labeling? Is this now being strictly enforced?
For all the other USPS shippers (I know Fedex and ups have been requiring this for a while), are you declaring all your electronics shipments as hazmat as needed? |
