10 years on eBay and just got high risk eBay and limited PayPal....


Short story is, manufacturer messaged me to take off item that he reported me to VeRO for violating dealer rules. My item was authentic. I responded that my item did not infringe, I was not a dealer bound by his terms. He responds I must change item title rom "new" to "used." Before I can even comprehend the wierdness if this request my eBay account is put on suspension. They now want License, utility bill, and invoice faxed to them.

My pickle is, if I comply and the manufacturer finds out who I really am, I can be blackballed from being a dealer with the company in the future?
Is this a realistic concern? Does eBay do such things?

Feels strange, my instinct says not to comply.



Also, Paypal put me on Limited, asking for 7 things!
PayPal rep on the phone said that money would be released when item shows delivered.
Is this true or not?
What should I do?
If I confirm info and dealer finds out I can be screwed in the future with them.
Should I just setup a new account?

in my experiences i have been nothing but screwed over and blackballed in complieng with ebay and paypal. i would say your best off starting over with whatever your selling and creating a new account. if you need help with new accounts or dont want to use your personal information to set new paypal and ebays up, i could help you with that. Sounds like I shouldn't hold my breath about eBay keeping my info private from the VeRO reporter.
They would even be able to sue if they wanted to... has anyone heard of this?
Has eBay provided info on a seller to a VeRO reporter and then the seller faced legal action such as cease and desist or even been sued?

I checked again and my PayPal account is asking for Credit Check...
If I upgrade the account to business account and provide EIN will this circumvent?

One more thing...
If someone has two PayPal accounts which are already obviously linked, is there a way to combine them?
Can PayPal combine them?
