Setting up a new ebay account for family member keeping it seperate from mines ?

okay guys i need some good advice.. I am trying to make a ebay account and paypal account for a family member in the house...... but I DO NOT want them using my computer or ip address...... I want them to have their own separate computer, connection, ebay/pp accounts.... so my question is what is the best way to do it? I was thinking these two options? don't know if they work but was thinking them lol

1. aol dial up (pretty slow)
2. swap out routers (???)

any other suggestions would be highly appreciated!

It depends on how often your family member is going to be using ebay/paypal. If it's quite often then I would go with Dial up. If it's not that often, then you could just change your ip before they sign on and after they sign on. You could still browse the internet while they are on, but of course that would mean you couldn't use ebay/paypal while they are using it, if you want to keep ips separate.

they plan on using it very often for a business....... i was thinking dial up...... but I forget how you it set up... it has been years since we had dial up lol can dial up be used for laptops or just desktops??

Yeah then Dial up is probably the way to go. You can use Dial up on both laptops and desktops. It hooks to the computer through the phone cord.
