Can I use a gift card for a credit card to become verified with ebay/paypal?
If so can someone please give me some suggestions/links?

No, that does not work.

I made a bank account and I'm getting my debit card from them very soon.
1 question, my address is different from my ebay account and bank account.
So if I put in my debit card I'll get from my bank, and I use that to verify for selling on ebay what will happen?
