Using My Business Info
 

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum. I'm sorry if this question was already asked in the forum. I have been suspended about a year ago and since then I have opened another account using all my fiances information. I haven't did any selling yet because i'm leary about doing something to mess her up in the future. I have a small cleaning business. Can I use all my business information to sign up with ebay and paypal again ? Will they ever ask for contact information that could link back to my name or will they check further and see that the same name that was suspended is attached to the business name ?

Hi, if your business has its own unique address then you will be fine.

It is unlikely you would be linked by your name alone, as long as everything else is different:)

I have an Ebay/PayPal account registered in my name to an office I rent and have not had any probems yet.

So let me get this straight. I could use my personal name but use my business address which is different from my personal address( which got suspended) and I can set up another paypal and ebay account with no problem ? I don't have to use the business name ?

It's up to you. If you register as a business seller you will have to give a business name and your name.

But you can make up whatever you like. It depends how stealthy you want to be :)

If you are worried about being able to provide documents in the event of a limitation give your real business/personal name.
