I underlined the part in the paragraph, I got some jerseys pulled and I think I know why which I will discuss later after work.

notice on mine, they did not list what their concerns were.

This was the second time they said something about the jerseys I was selling. The first time a "lawyer" sent me an e-mail and a letter. I didn't like the....
"....our services to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial
loss or legal liability for you, other members, or eBay. To prevent
further action on your account, you do not want to relist these."
What did you put up that got pulled?

probably the same thing as you and I've gotten the letter from Gibney many times. Adidas counsel contact you?

Adidas counsel yes, but "through" Gibney. Twice Gibney sent emails and letters. Nothing since I blew them off.... There is a thread on here under the REINSTATEMENT forum with a "Has anyone been sued..." title and in it I post the web links to a forum that I found dealing with the Adidas group/ Gibney.
