Temporary Selling Restriction
 

Hey everyone

Today I received a message from Ebay "Temporary Selling Restriction for 7 days"

Yes, I was selling Vero-Items . Thanks for this forums, I have sold Vero items on ebay for 9 months without any flag.

I also received "MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorised Item "

I think it is my best time to use other accounts

But Can I relist Vero-items after 7 days restriction?

You cannot fight a "trademark violation" take-down. You can fight "copyright violation" takedowns if the manufacturer is just abusing sellers. Your account is going to be closely watched. Any further violations will probably result in a suspension of some kind.

I would move on to another account. Yes you can relist anything you want after the 7 days, but I guarantee you will get hit with the 30 day selling limit next, then suspension if you keep selling the same items.

I understood I should not use the account to relist the same items, but can I sell other non-Vero items?

I will use another Account to sell Vero-items, but do you think I can use my old account to sell Vero-items in 2 or 3 months later?

i read it but that didnt give me an idea of what a vero item is, would lets say software be vero?
