I am a seller from Germany.
I want to get a stealth account from USA,but selling in Germany.
Can i use a USA account selling in Germany?
How to do it ?

Yes, you can do this. You just have to list on the Germany website. In turbo lister, you change an option in the upper left corner. With Auctiva, I'm sure someone else can answer it. I've only used Auctiva for USA to USA accounts. Why would you want a USA account? I'd rather have a German account, rules are much more lax with paypal.....

I think it is impossible to get a germany ebay account and paypal with stealth info,
or i'm glad to buy some if anyone can supply such germany account and paypal.
So i want get a set in ebay usa (fully verified ebay and paypal) to start selling in ebay.de.
is it any problem that i must be careful in doing this.

Why do you think that? I know for a fact it can be done it at least 4 countries outside the USA.
