Better to build a company, then to sell on Ebay?

Business sellers are more protected than individuals?

What kinda business do business see favorably?

Business will charge sales tax, then.. but more tax deduction.

Anyone doing this via a company or just personally?

Also, here many people violated VeRO... wonders what product you sell? Bet it is better to get a legit supplier and then sell on ebay. Like tigerdirect, buy.com on Ebay.:welcome;
