how do you get ebay sales commission back if buyers mark it as paid but it is not?
usually if buyer haven't paid and haven't finished checkout, we can send unpaid item reminders, or proposal to cancel.
however, if they finished checkout, or mark it as paid, then that option is gone.
i have some transactions saids "payment being processed by paypal",, or "buyer marked it as paid on XXXX", for months.
once i contacted ebay customer service, they said they will have to give me credit on ebay fee manually but they didn't. do we have to contact them every time on such a transaction? it is very time consuming.... |
