Buyer Return Question
 

Hi there a buyer of mine wants to return a product because he says its a knockoff. He wants the full price plus return shipping do you think i should risk him returning to my real my name and address. Or just tell him to discard of the product and then refund him. my real name and address are suspend from ebay but i do have a ups mailbox but is in my real name. What do you guys think.Thanks

Tell them to keep the item, apologize and refund the cost of the transaction to them.

Not worth the hassles or risk.

You do not want them to return it to an address that does not match your account.

Depending all on the value and size of the item and how important it is to you. You can have them send it to your PO box under the stealth name and you will probably get it if the package would fit in. I still get mail from people that owned the PO box before me, so I just return to desk or throw away.
It may be a different story if the package is of bigger size and wont fit in the box.. Than you would find the notice in the box and would have to pick it up at the counter.. Than they may ask for id before hand it out to you...But, you can always add a "room-mate" to your PO box -so that he/she can pick up your mail when you can't...might work..

either refind him, or have him return to your box and say its the dropshipper..

I don't understand. Can't you just call him or email him and tell him to return to the sender...

i dont understand either. im not seeing the issue here? so your name and account is suspended but its linked with the same info on these accounts? i dont get it. whats the problem with him just returning the item to the adress, then you refund him after you recieve the item? if its stealth info, tell him to go piss up a tree. if not, and depending in the value of the item and if its that big of a issue for you to have him send it to you. then just refund and tell him to keep it. i really dont understand where the accounts stand information wise. or why shipping to you is such an issue.
