Some tips for sellers on ebay.... I have not proved it !

I know when we got the first "MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation ", most members will suggest we should cool down old accounts and create a new one.

But the problem is when we create new one, we will receive another trademark violation again if we are not lucky.

But time is money. I find another seller who is selling Vero items and got 1100 feedback in 5 months. I start to think why she can do her business so well without trademark Violation.

I guess there is a tip. Do not use too many pictures in the listing.
Do not copy others' pictures or make our own pictures. Just insert the first pictures and write our own description. Keep it as simple as we can.

Vero may take us down for some reasons, if there is only one small but good picture in the listing, it will be harder for them to distinguish our items.

If buyers want to see more pics, we just simply give them a link.

I have not proved my assumption, 2 days later, my auction will be end, I will post the result here.

Most people that sell vero, do so ritualistically with the same routine.

"If you continue to do what you've always done, you'll continue to get what you've always got."

Then don't be offering unproven tips.... we do workable and working tips best. Let's double check this when your listing closes. There could be good stuff here :peace:

Hey, I finally sold my items after I changed the pictures. I only insert one picture and I did not get MC019 any more.

I listed more items, so far so good!

Yeah....

if they want to get you they will

there is another mc019 that says lack of pics is the reason for takedown - so I doubt you can get round it that way...it is possibly one part of packing or item that is obvious to them as not right..or they take you down as it is a highly abused item..they dont care, you cant do anything to them...

another reaosn Ive had is private listing, do you think it is safe to relist making it public??

I thought I was the only one who knew this? It's true. When you are selling vero, less is best. The more professional you look, and the more elaborate your auction is, the more it sends a message to rights owners that you plan to be around, and you plan to sell their products on a regular basis. If your auction looks amateur, you will more than likely be treated as such. Especially if your feedback is private or shows that you have not sold many of the same item. Basically the more shady your listings look the longer you will last without a violation.

It also appears as though you're just a guy reselling what you legitimately paid for.
