Feedback to sell internationaly

Hello!

Does anyone now how many feedbacks I have to sell internationaly?
Because I think I´ve read somewhere that I needed a 25 score feedback with 98% positive at least.

Is that true?

To sell globally, your item and category need to meet the selling requirements for the eBay site in each country where you sell, and you as a seller must be eligible for the global site. Qualifications include:

A minimum Feedback score of 10

Your eBay account is in good standing

You have a PayPal account and are PayPal Verified

You meet the selling requirements of the sites where you want visibility

I thought it was 10 feedbacks too until I sold 3 items internationally with 0 feedback. I sold to New Zealand, Greece and Italy.

Another question I have...

If my name is Pablo de la Fuente, can I verify a PayPal account made to the name of Jhon Cruz with my bank account?
I mean, do they check the name and adress or dont they?

I ask this because I think I´ve read that somewhere but I´m not sure.
