can't seem to list items
 

for some reason my account won't let me list new items
it won't let me select category to sell in

i can relist item and list similar items fine

has anybody had this problem

does ti give you any message ? like u r not verified ?

no error message

are you verified with bank added and paypal linked?

i've been on ebay for more than 11 years
i know the basics
everything is verified

i can relist item sell similar items but cannot select category

its only after they restored my account i am having this problem
i have emailed them but they keep telling me i have no selling limits and everything is fine

i can list from other stealth accounts fine
so i know it nothing wrong with my browser

but it's not like i can tell them with my other accounts it's fine
because i will end up in deeper s***

Right, one account was not been able to list after 30 day limitation. (Panic)
Have you tried clearing cookies sign out completely & restarting, then signing in again & trying? Took a bit to kickstart that account. It is a glitch but as you say you need to be careful how you approach it.

it wasn't the 30 day limitation greenbean

it was there paypal high risk limitation (big bomb limitation)

i ended up getting round it and they restored the PP account

(For some time now they've been limiting the ebay account when the PP account gets limited)

for some reason they did not restore the ebay account so i had to email them and they sorted it out

when i tried to list an item i get the glitch

i don't know how many time i have emailed them but they just come out with something new

first it was put
cc on file
automate ebay fees with paypal
clear cookies
update java
activate java
use firefox
the list goes on

it's like they don't even read the email and just send one of their automated responses

oops: I was giving you an example of my own account :tears:

I can't list new items
 

Hello Everyone,
my account was suspended due to unpaid fees. I paid the fees almost 2 weeks ago and my account was reinstated but I can't list new items. Right after my account was open again I tried to list new item and I received the following message:
"Attention!

We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

Please proceed to you’re my eBay and follow the steps outlined in the email we sent you. Thanks for your attention to this matter!"

The same day (When I paid my fees) I contacted ebay customer service by chat/phone/email and I was told to send an email to the safety department asking for a verification. I did it and still no response...

What do you recommend?
