Default Ebay postage ?

I finally broke down and bought the Zebra lp2844 thermal printer after 3 years of handwriting and taking everything to the post office and using the APC to ship, i got bigger house but futher away and long lines at this post office ..I was wondering any benefit to using a site like Endicia or Stamps.com opposed to just printing with Paypal as with Paypal at least the buyer will get the info emailed to them .. any tips on pros and cons would be appreciated.. thanks

Endica and Stamps both charge monthly fees. I think you get a discount but from what I remember it isn't very much. RedRoller used to be pretty good until they started charging a monthly fee.

If you use PayPal then the buyer gets the delivery confirmation number for USPS and tracking number for UPS. It also saves you time having to retype everything back in to another web site or program to print the shipping label. PayPal also gets to see the same numbers and they probably feel safer about it.

Also you can just take the package right to the window and drop it off without speaking to anyone. If you have enough packages you can take them to the back door and drop them off in one of the large plastic boxes they have.

I use ShipRush (FedEx) about 95% of the time for my eBay packages.

A very nice program that integrates with your eBay account. You save on average about 50¢ per package using ShipRush vs. UPS.

I recommend trying ShipRush especially if you have a FedEx Kinko's near where you live for dropping off your shipments.

Quick & Easy FedEx Shipping with ShipRush!

do you think ebay could link you with using the same stamps.com account on different accounts? I would think they could but not sure. . .

There is no monthly fee with ShipRush.

I do use PayPal shipping when I ship USPS.

Does anyone know of a faster way of printing labels? i hate logging into 10 different stealths to print 1 label from each... my home pc is networked... so it makes it even more of a pain in the ass, when i use my cell phone for my stealth tethers. I typically just do it on the usb computer and goes fastest. But with a wifi printer, it should be simpler.. my printers network is flagged for a suspended account, so i can't connect to paypal with it, that's why i was asking. i sometimes just usps.com but i do have 2-3 items that go first class/with delivery confirmation and i noticed usps.com doesn't offer first class domestic postage.

Can you just hook your thermal printer up to your pc and print your labels directly from Paypal like a regular printer? I was going to go that route as well with the thermal printer b/c I'm tired of printing out, cutting out and taping my labels everytime. I would love to be able to just print, peel and stick them on.

I do not want to use any third party site, just paypal directly.

i bought 300 labels off of ebay, they come 2 to a sheet, and print just like normal paper labels do. I am hoping they come soon, i'm excited to peel and stick ... taping labels finally got old ;p
