Using different cpu to make new accounts.

Hey everyone, got a question for you all. If I create a new paypal account and (more importantly) new ebay account using a computer at a different place (ie; at work), then list my new listings using my home cpu, will ebay find out? Also...does anyone know of an AMERICAN wholesaler of dvd tv series? All I can find are Chinese ones and they are all bootleg. It would be nice to sell legit sets for a change.
