Listing as seen on tv products

Anyone here sell the as seen on tv products?
Does ebay and amazon consider these vero and will kick you off?

Very hard to sell them as one of the largest distributors of those products also sells on ebay.

I do not think you will have problems with the product, its the fact that one of the distributors have cut the prices down to almost nothing.

VERO stands for Verified Rights Owner

If the manufacturer feels like you are misrepresenting the product, or selling items that are much like his, but not the genuine article, or the manufacturer decides you are just not allowed to sell them..... then you're outta luck.

A lot of things are classified as VERO. I'd give it a shot. Also, just because someone else sells them cheaper and me often, don't get discouraged.
