Amend ebay invoices
 

I am having problems with amending an invoice.

I have agreed with a buyer to give a discount of £10, but when I try to amend the ebay invoice all I can do is change the postage.

There is a box at the bottom of the invoice saying

Deductions (-) or additions (+)

I have tried all form of combinations to get the final amount reduced but it wont work. The only option I currently have is sending an invoice directly from Paypal but some buyers dont like this, they would rather pay through ebay.

Any else have this?

me too, happens quite often, I just tell buyer to pay and I will refund them x amount.

..no amount of fiddling with the invoice helps, v annoying...

Thanks for confirming, I thought i was missing something.

I guess the other thing you can so is change preferences so buyers can amend the total.

But I disable this to stop anyone attempting to be cute.
