eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Best/cheapest way to create an LLC

It's not cheap any way you look at it.. I researched Internet and it would be around $250.. Than I called my attorney and they gave me two recommendations I checked on - $500-$750. I was lucky enough to get in touch with an accountant/attorney who is doing it for me for only $300.

If your accountant or attorney form the llc for you expect to pay them for their time. Do it yourself and save a grip

it will vary state to state ... Florida is under $100

They are extremely easy to do yourself if your state allows online filing which by now they probably all do. Google your states name and 'division of corporations' or some such variable and you should get directions from there.
Just remember, If it was difficult they wouldn't let attorney's do it.
