It has recently come to our attention that your account has breached our Seller Non-Performance policy.
***About eBay's Seller Non-Performance policy***
When a seller lists an item on eBay and a buyer buys the item, both members enter into a contract which they are expected to honour. In accordance with that contract, the seller may not:
- Fail to deliver an item for which payment was accepted.
- Significantly misrepresent an item by not meeting the terms and item description outlined in the listing.
- Refuse to accept payment for an item at the end of a successful sale. |
