Discovered 2002 Ebay Account...please read

I recently had a 3 month old Ebay account closed (along with PayPal closed). Using my friends PC I've discovered that I have an old Ebay account (2002). All information is outdated. Would it be safe to use this with a stealth PayPal Account? What should I be careful for?

Well make sure to follow all the tips outlined in eBay Stealth and the forum for one or your account could become linked to your suspended account and shut down.
