Got some Questions Concerning Opening Stealth Accounts

Well after reading the Ebay Stealth Book I've got myself organized and have my names, addresses, numbers, emails, usernames all ready to go. What I am waiting for is for some bank accounts to finalize. In the meantime would it be OK for me to create the Ebay accounts so that I can let them sit for a while or should I wait till I have the accounts ready for use and Paypals set up?

First off welcome to the board. And I do like your username by the way. You can go ahead and set up the Ebay account right now without the Paypal accounts but your Ebay accounts can only be buyer accounts until you set up a payment method which you will want to designate Paypal as your payment method. Once you get your Paypal accounts all squared away you can turn your Ebay accounts into seller accounts
