Ok I have a stealth ebay account and its attach to a paypal account is limited
And I sold a item two days ago and the day it sold I e-mail the buy not too use the ebay check out because the paypal was limited and i gave the buyer my Active paypal account and he refuses to pay because he think he will not be coverd under the ebay policy and refuses to pay with out using the ebay check out with out knowing he will be covered.

The account paypal account was limited that why I asked to have you send to

thank you for your e-mail. You will understand, that i will under no circumstances send any money to an account, that is not linked with the account of the seller on ebay, from whom i bought the item. I fullfilled my obligation as a buyer by paying the amount to the linked paypal account. Now I expect the seller to fullfill the contract as well and send me the item i bought.
Maybe you can link the additional paypal account to that ebay account or find a way to get the money out of the linked paypal account. I will wait for your answer for one more day, then i will transfer the money again to the linked paypal account. Unfortunately there is no other way for me not to lose my buyer-protection by paypal and in addition my behaviour is 100% according to the paypal and ebay rules. Hope, yours will be too.
