How To Be The Perfect Buyer: Beginner's Questions
 

I know my questions are too noob-ish, sorry... :) Since there are very experienced E-bay users in this forum, I thought it'd be better to ask here...

My Paypal account is not verified yet. Can I become an E-bay user?.. Can I buy anything with an unverified Paypal account?..

With zero feedback, should I buy cheaper things first or can I buy just anything?.. e.g. Can I buy any 50 dollars item with "Buy it now" or the seller wouldn't like it?..

Can I bid with zero feedback, and what should I expect if I win an auction?..

Also, I'd like to learn that, as a seller, what do you expect from a customer, like "do not forget to leave feedback, contact the seller before bidding, etc."
