2 paypal account with 2 ebay account

hi

if i open 2 ebay account with 2 paypal accounts on the same address does it makes a difference with how funds you getting in these accounts. even though have spread out the accounts all over the place

I have 2 ebay accounts with same details on one paypal account, all these details are correct ie name address. I was wondering if i open another paypal account with a new bank account, so that would give me two accounts with 2 ebay accounts, i sell quite few vero items, if i spread the cost in these accounts who paypal flag it
