When do ebay/pp watch very close and too dangerous?

There is no magic time to do activites. Everything is done by computers so it doesn't matter if it is 1pm or 3am

i have talked to ebay numerous times over the years - when you get suspended it is automated by some type of points system unless it has changed in the last couple of years.

IMO there is no good or bad time, the only advantage at going online to do activities at an uncommon time such as 11 pm - 5 am would be you will notice an improvement in broadband spedd due to less users being online.
