Using a chinese ebay/paypal in the U.S?

I heard the Chinese version of Ebay/Paypal will never ask for an SS# or similar identification. So wouldn't it be possible to cloak your IP to a Chinese IP and make an account on Ebay.cn and Paypal China?

Geeze, I love to meet these people that tell such tales. LOL.In a nutshell, not really. Wait for our Chinese users to tell their stories.
Look thro' the forum for cool threads like paypal held my monies and will not release it (Chinese users)

Better to consider making a good workable USA account: that,Grasshopper, is much easier.:peace:

most people use a vpn to get into the USA from China, not the other way around.

People don't like to buy something if they think it's being shipped from overseas too. Your location on a chinese ebay will show you're in china
