Do you offer free or low postage?

Just interested as that is where my DSR's get hit hardest.

No I don't actually. I charge 9 bucks for priority flat rate envelope. I do that to offset high ebay fees, but hardly anyone complains. I think mostly my DSR's are because I'm quick to respond to email's, I ship very quick and any problems get handled as quick as possible with a little asskissin put in(hey whatever it takes).

I'm just wondering, have any of you got the powerseller invite with trademark violations still active?

I accepted the powerseller invite today (bronze) no problems yet, hopefully it will stay that way, I don't see why it wouldn't after some of the positive remarks on this thread

I was thinking I should bump this thread to get an update on those who accepted.

Here's my update:
Shortly after accepting PS bronze status, I was upgraded to top rated seller. After a few weeks, it's still ok, but I'm not silver power seller.

How about the rest who got recent invites within the last 2 months?

We all violate ebay, isn't that why we're here?

whats your definition on violating ebay??? bail on fees...
do you violate paypal as well?

I just got the powerseller invite, and accepted. I've been powerseller off and on over the past 2 years. This account has many trademark, vero violations, (and within the past 90 days, I believe). I was surprised to see I was invited back to powerseller. I do sell a lot of legit things under this most prized ID though.
