eBay seller sues for neg. feedback! LOL

The last two months I have had the two worst experiences in my 10+ years selling on EBAY. So what is up?
*First a guy immediately filed a claim with paypal before emailing me first, made a huge deal about how the card was "smashed in", which it turned out to be dented yes, but not like he made it out to sound. He did not want to file a claim with USPS Insurance as is step one of our policy for refund. I then refund him the money all should be fine, then he still left a negative. My first ever in 10+ years. We are suing him to clear our name.
