Do I need different gateway IDs for auctiva to avoid linkage?

I am wondering if I need several different gateway ids to put into auctiva for my different accounts? The merchant company told me that I would need 7 different accounts with them if I needed 7 different ids (for my 7 pre 07 eBay accounts). That didn't sound right so I wanted to check with you all. I think I can use the same Id in auctiva and not get linked - please confirm :)

No you only need one merchant account. You can use the same merchant account for all kinds of services including multiple Auctiva accounts.

So do I need to have a seperate auctiva account for each ebay account and then just use the same gateway ID for all?
