Item at the delivery post office, buyer claim NR.. HELP Please Hello
I sold an item $275 Value last week. The buyer paid for it promptly and I shipped it out same day.
Now when I checked for tracking information it says that the item is hold at the delivery post office to verify reciepient adress.
I printed the shipping Label using Paypal shipping system, so the adress I shipped to is the buyer's PP adress.
Now he's asking for a replacement otherwise he'll open a claim. He wont call the post office or anything else, he want only a replacement or a refund.
What shoul I do now? Will Paypal decide in his favour if he'll open a claim (And I feel that he WILL open a claim !!)
All the tracking informations are in my Paypal account, the post office (Where the item is held) zip code displayed on tracking web page is the same as the buyer's one.
I can't afford to give him a refund or a replacement while he can pick up the item when he'll like to do. But I was wondering if Paypal will be at his side (as always!!!)
Please help me with this, your advice will be much appreciated
