Inida ebay and paypal account - should I buy?

Just wondering if getting this and linking to US bank account would cause suspicion.

My partner who does some SEO work for me on the side has been making accounts since 2005..has been making a 100 a month since then...

Is it worth it to get one from him or should I opt to buy US from sellers here and make couple of my own??

I'm not just saying this because I sell accounts, but India accounts, or any international accounts are highly scrutinized when accessed from the USA. I don't believe a US dollar account will work with paypal from India either.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. If anything I could say I relocated to the states but even then, still sketchy lol
