Desperatley needing help asap please
 

I am needing some opinions please

febuary 17th, i sold a designer bag to a buyer
they emailed me a week after recieving the bag and told me that they were it twice. they then told me it broke. they also said they went to neiman marcus and the sales lady said it was a ⊗⊗⊗⊗

i asked for photos of the bag, she said she sent them, but i never recieved it.

she opened up a complaint with ebay within a few weeks after recieveing bag
she told them that the bag was broken after two times wearing it
she stated the neiman marcus comment
she said she sent me photos, which she didnt

I let her send the bag back to see what the damage was
she sent it back and with a tracking number.

she know says she knows i have the bag back

she has left bad feedback for me that she did a few weeks ago

how do i respond to this

i know that if i ignore her, she will go to ebay,
how do i handle her

and the bag is real, i just dont have any paperwork for it as i bought it at buffalo exchange.

and also when i saw the bag back, it shows signs of a knife cutting the straps
which shows she damaged the bag after using it

how do i handle this

If she returned the bag to you, the only thing you can do is to issue your buyer a refund or partial refund she agrees to.
