Why Ebay let me do phone verify again?
 

I got sealth Ebay account one month ago. I let it cool down for one month.

Then I login my account and change "notification reference", all to NO.
Which is some one sugest to do here.

When I login this morning, receive message from Ebay below:

Put a phone number on file ( one that's not suspended or on any other accounts. ) Then do number 1) Receive an automated call at the the phone number we have on file for you.

Its all automated. Will call the number on file give you a 4 digit number for you to put in on the other page when you click call now. Easy as 1.2.3.

Like, Google Voice? Yahoo Voice? Skype? Privatephone? Killa?

Stay away from skype. Due to it from being own by eBay it will link you. I also use My1voice. You can also make a 800 number or a landline #. When you have your new numbers you can have them forward to your real number.

Tracfone from wal mart or office max is best way. $10 comes with 60 days and 20 minutes. My1vioce is okay, but sometimes Ebay wants you to call them to verify identity, and my1voice will not work for that.

i got a tracfone, than into the number to my account, ebay call me but no voice, i try 4 tiems, same like this. No voice.

Can any body tell me what is problem?

Try another phone to see if its your phone. or even call your phone to see if you can hear your self talk. Could be your phone that's broke.

Any body here this week use tracfone verify with ebay?

I think maybe ebay block trackfone verification.

Just registered a new account with a tracfone, but didn't try to list anything yet.

I did notice that the prefix on the tracfone number is the same as at&t cellphones in the area which I would think would give it a little more credibility if they have a way of checking those types of things

Your going to have to call EB for the MC010, So I would just recommend to call EB and see if your phone will work this way. Have all of your info on this account ready before you call.

Verified the account with a tracfone tonight and listed an item
