New users can use BIN No Feedback

I don't if anybody realized that eBay changed the BIN policy. Now the only requirement to do BIN is 0 feedback. That's right, you don't need to have 5 or 10 feedback anymore. I've notice this a couple of weeks ago but does any one know when the policy changed?

yep, I noticed this the same thing last week. Still might be restrictions in high VERO categories though.
