They have in the past but not anymore.

HI- guess you are referring to when you list an item? the 3 choices are pay via checking acct, paypal or credit card? Once the cc is accepted, listing goes through...

Yes in the past I had to put down a bank acct in addition to a CC to list but that no longer seems to be the case for whatever reason.

When setting up a Sellers account ,they ask for a Credit Card and a phone # not a checking account.

Phone #s are tough if you used them in the past ..be careful.
