i heard about a seller suing a buyer for negative feedback before, but the case was thrown out the court...

if anything that comes about this lawsuit is that buyers will think twice before giving a negative feedback to the buyer...

i suggest that sellers who get an unfair negative feedback from a buyer, give the buyer the news link :)
