International shipping with Certificate of Mailing

Hello guys,

I always ship internationally with Certificate of Mailing, my question is: when a customer claims to not have received the package, can I win the claim with that? If not, there is even a purpose to ship with Certificate of Mailing?

Good question. I usually make it clear that I can not guarantee delivery of Itn'l shipments, only proof that I shipped it.
However, we know how ebay and Paypal don't give a damn in disputes even if certain facts were clearly stated in the description

I don't know, you may want to try some chinese companies..They charge about 7 dollars for the first pound and 3 dollars afterwards.
