advice needed
 

I have been on eBay for a couple of years but only started selling few week I am in Ireland but my account is with eBay.com
I have 3 sales and 14 positive feedback all for stuff I have bought.
I hope to start selling a lot more stuff on eBay
my problem is how do I start selling to the uk as when I list my items the only appear on eBay.ie and eBay.com
My questions are
1 Do I need to open a new eBay.co.uk account
2 when I try to list my items on eBay.co.uk with my account it asks me for a verified PayPal, If I verify with eBay.co.uk will that affect my eBay.com account with the same user name.
3 I wanted to open up a online shop and link to eBay to try and reduce my fees what software is best for this and what is the best way to do this and is this still allowed by eBay.
4 I have about 100 new items for sale from around 1 Euro to 100 Euro each should I open up a shop.
5 what ebook is best to buy that has up to date information regarding the latest eBay changes etc
6 I don't plan on selling any goods that eBay are lightly to object to.
7 I have 2 credit cards should I open up a second account with eBay
8 Any other advice would be welcome

On one of my accounts that was suspended, you could click on the option to have your item visible on "eBay.uk" for a small fee. I had three accounts, but I think it only offered me the option on older accounts.

I'm sorry if this isn't helpful. But the option showed up when you are editing your listing, just prior to finalization.
