I created stealth accounts. I thought I did everything by the book. I got a new computer. I listed on dial up. I have a new address, bank info and cc. I had 3 accounts...all banned at the same time. I'm done with ebay now. I have 35 unlocked/jailbroken iphone 3gs 32gb im stuck with....Maybe I'll try cl but i've been getting lowballed like heck there.

What was their reason for banning you? Were the 3 accounts that you made being used with the same info and stuff as each other?

i got the new computer because my old one stopped working. I didn't get it just for ebay...lol. They banned me for "abusing ebay"

It's because you listed iphones. Iphones are considered high risk items and I would not recommend selling them on first time accounts until you build up feedback.

All high-end electronics are "high risk" according to eBay and Paypal. Just because they said so.

Anything popular has a high amount of fraud associated with it, thus it's high risk.

High risk items are watched carefully by eBay. They tag sellers if they list too many high risk items. So listing five iPhones in a day may not sound like a big deal.. but to eBay it is.. and depending on many factors you may be shut down. So instead you want to spread out your risk, take your time and build up your accounts first.

You mean anything popular, or just anything popular and expensive?
