Setting up accounts on phone

Has anyone done this. With phones being pretty much small computers seems like it could be possible. I know when I restart my phone and it connects to the network that I get a new IP address.

well has anyone used their phone exclusively and not had any problems? thats my main question. maybe i can do it but i dont wanna do it if everyone is like yeah i did it and tried to sell an item and got limited immediately.
